These Terms of Service govern all residential and commercial plumbing, drain cleaning, and gas piping services provided by EPS PRO's. By requesting service or dispatching our technicians, you agree to these operational terms.
Our Services
- All mechanical work is performed by state-licensed and insured plumbing mechanics.
- Emergency dispatch times are estimates subject to traffic, severe weather, and municipal road conditions.
- Visual and electronic diagnostic findings are explained before beginning permanent structural repairs.
- Property owners must provide clear and safe access to main shutoff valves, cleanouts, and mechanical equipment.
Payment Terms
- Upfront flat-rate pricing is provided for authorization prior to starting any mechanical work.
- Payment is due in full upon satisfactory completion of authorized plumbing services.
- Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and verified corporate checks.
- Specialized commercial parts orders or extensive repiping projects may require a material deposit prior to commencement.
Liability Limits
EPS PRO's maintains comprehensive commercial general liability insurance. Our liability for preexisting pipe degradation, hidden subfloor corrosion, unpermitted plumbing modifications, or preexisting water damage is limited to the direct scope of authorized mechanical repairs performed.
